STEP (Serving, Training, Energizing Partnerships) is a Global Discipleship program that gives our most innovative and committed churches the opportunity to support (with time, talents and finances) all aspects of the ministry through a direct partnership with our international church partners.
STEP is a different kind of mission experience – one that goes beyond financial giving and into an opportunity to build deep, multi-faceted relationships with one church partner. By focusing on a particular country, STEP maximizes the effectiveness of mission education for all parties involved. It is a learning experience in integral mission that will deeply impact and transform the life of the church both locally and internationally.
