Middle East
Please pray for new believers within the area we know as the Middle East. Pray for strength to resist the pressure – often violent pressure - from friends and family to return to their former ways and beliefs. Sometimes the violence spills over into the community of existing Christians, so pray also that believers will accept, welcome and act as protectors of these new brothers and sisters in Christ.
Canada
Following his widespread travels last Spring to establish contacts, Patrick Deneut is greatly encouraged with the way churches in French Canada are developing. As Patrick and Ria, continue to reach out to different ethnic groups - especially the Muslim population within the city of Montréal - they are excited to know that a new missionary couple will be joining them in their efforts come the Fall.
Czech Republic
Jeff Carter is praising God for the many speaking engagements and meetings he’s been involved with over the last few months, where equipping and encouraging young leaders from Croatia, Netherlands, Germany and Lebanon was the order of the day. Pray that the seeds of mutual respect and understanding that have been sown between those of differing cultures and beliefs, will become the bridges by which God’s love is transported, and His Kingdom increased.
